If you need new charger, please contact HEXA support team via mail support@myhexa.com.

Unfortunately, broken screens are not covered under warranty. Depending on the device model & availability, we may offer repair/ replacement at a cost. Please contact our support team for more information.

If your battery is drained, please charge your tablet for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, while still being charged, please & hold down the power button for a complete 40-seconds period.
